Policies

Payment Schedule: 

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days from check-in require full payment. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancel 30 days before check-in or earlier for a 50% refund minus the service fee when applicable. Only the cleaning fee, if applicable, is refundable when canceling after 24 hours of booking and less than 30 days until before check-in. 

Security/Damage Deposit: 

A refundable security/damage deposit is required for all properties. Please review the property's listing description to find the security/damage deposit amount. The security/damage deposit will be used to cover incidental charges. Incidental charges include missing or damaged items, rental community fines due to violation of rules clearly communicated in the rental agreement or welcome letter, excessive dirt, unnatural odors such as cigarette smoke, unauthorized overnight guests and unapproved late check-out. 

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times vary. Please review the check-in and check-out time on the property listing description.

A late check-out may result in a late check-out charge. 

Package Delivery 

Packages may be shipped to us no more than 30 days prior to arrival. Packages shipped more than 30 days prior to arrival, after check out or without a confirmed reservation will be returned to the sender. Once you've checked into your rental, you may use the address there to receive packages. Please note that the delivery and storage of items exceeding 100 pounds (i.e. furniture and appliances) are not allowed. Additionally, using your rental to store large shipments of goods is prohibited.

Photo ID Requirements

All customers are required to register their photo ID in order to book accommodations through us. Guests will be required to present their photo ID during check-in. 

General Rules

While each property has its own rules, general rules all guests are required to follow include: 

  • No illegal drug use
  • No smoking inside the home 
  • No parties or public disturbances

Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy of their rental. Please be mindful of this. Homeowners can be fined by their association if seen housing more occupants than allowed. 

We ask guests to keep in mind that the rental properties are not hotels. They are homes in residential neighborhoods and communities where local residents live. Please be considerate of the neighbors, especially at night when most people are sleeping.  Additionally, we ask guests to be considerate of the property owner. Guests who leave their rental excessively dirty or who do not follow check out instructions may incur an incidental charge and may be denied future reservations with us. 

Policy Breach

Guests may be required to leave the rental property if in breach of our policies or the policies of the property owner or rental community.
